-One-on-one consultation between client and designer to determine the needs and wish lists, the desired style, color combinations that the client desires. And to analyze and discuss   different ways the designer can accomplish those goals and fulfill the client’s wish list.

-Work alongside the architect and builder to determine the floor plan and architectural detailing. Make selections of all flooring, paint, lighting, hardware, cabinetry, tile and more of what would be needed to make it complete.

-Provide clients with unique hand drawings in addition to computer aided architectural drawings to enhance visualization and communication between the client and designer.

-Selection of all accessories and design elements from lighting and related fixtures, cabinet design and finishes, custom window treatments, appliances and plumbing fixtures, and tile design and selections for flooring, countertops and backsplashes.

-Complete furniture and upholstery selection including styles, fabrics, custom designed furniture, rugs, fine art, accessorizing as well as space evaluation for effective placement.

-consultation on space, asscessorization, sourcing and buying artifacts and art décor items to suit the client’s needs.
